Sloka from bhavani bhujangam

*श्रीभवानीभुजङ्गप्रयातस्तोत्रे* पठितमित्थं
 
गुरुस्त्वं शिवस्त्वं च शक्तिस्त्वमेव
त्वमेवासि माता पिताऽसि त्वमेव ।
त्वमेवासि विद्या त्वमेवासि बुद्धिर्-
गतिर्मे मतिर्देवि सर्वं त्वमेव ॥१३॥

The Roamanized transliteration for you:
 
gurus tvaṃ śivas tvaṃ ca śaktis tvam eva
tvam evāsi mātā pitā tvam eva।
tvam evāsi vidyā tvam evāsi bandhu-
rgatir me matir me devi sarvaṃ tvam eva॥ 14॥
 
Split conveniently for your convenience of grasping the words. The meaning
in order is
 
You are the guru, siva, sakti, mother, father, learning, relative, refuge,
intellect and all for me. It is very simple and you can identify the words
even with your limited knowledge.
