Excerpts from anugraha bhasha am of HH.Vidusekhara Bharati Mahaswamigal

This 1+ hour Anugraha Bhashanam is one of the most amazing and profound Anugraha Bhashanams.

Sannidhanam first starts with childhood and life of Bhagavadpada Adi Shankaracharya. Then narrates two incidents from the Adi Shankaracharya's life where He instantly restores works after many years. Once a Raja came to Him after many years having lost the naatakam he wrote. Adi Shankaracharya was able to instantly recollect the whole naatakam. In the second instance, Padmapadacharya has lost his work and memory due to the malicious intention of his relative. And Adi Shankaracharya instantly narrated whatever Padmapadacharya had earlier narrated to Him.

Sannidhanam then very clearly illustrates the difference between Buddihi, Mathihi, Smritihi and Pragnya.

स्मृतिः व्यतीत-विषया,
मतिः आगामि-गोचरा ।
बुद्धिः तात्कालिकी ज्ञेया (प्रोक्ता) ,
प्रज्ञा त्रैकालिकी मता ॥

smRutiH vyatIta-viShayA, matiH AgAmi-gocharA |
buddhiH tAtkAlikI j~jeyA, praj~jA traikAlikI matA ||
--NyAya

"smRti--memory, has the past for object; mati--expectation, opinion, the future, the coming; buddhi--perception, the present, that which is immediately before it; prajnA--the higher mentation, thinking, ranges over and covers, simultaneously, all three divisions of time."

Then Sannidhanam in great detail narrates the story of Nala and Damayanti.

Then Sannidhanam quotes Kalidasa on who is a moorkha (fool). Amazing illustration which is very relavant for all of us.

खादन्न गच्छामि हसन्न जल्पे
गतं न शोचामि कृतं न मन्ये ।
द्वाभ्यां तृतीयो न भवामि राजन्
किं कारणं भोज भवामि मूर्खः ।।

Sannidhanam then mentions the importance of Satsangam and Satkatha.

This is a very rough and brief summary. Just like how we can know how sugar tastes only by actually tasting it, in the same way, only by listening to the Anugraha Bhashanam, one can really feel the experience
