> Seapancha stuti' that is filled with dispassion. Even as a young boy he drew the Holy Mountain (even without having seen it) and worshipped it. After his mother's death he moved from Kancheepuram to Tiruvannamalai.

> The Swami would walk right through a marriage hall into the kitchen and empty the vessel there. The shocked people would find a snake in the dish prepared. The Swami would walk on the water of the pond near Ramanasramam. He would clap his hands and a thousand 'Garuda pakshi' (the divine eagle) would appear! With a clap of his hands thousand peacocks would appear! The Swami would enter a shop and picking up the coins from the cash box, throw it all over. The shopkeeper would be very happy, for, his business would boost up. The Swami was usually found in the graveyard, 'Kambathu illaiyanar sannidhi' in Annamalai temple or in Durgai amman temple. Somebody would offer the Swami a new dhoti. Wearing it, he would go to the graveyard and give the new dhoti to the keeper there in exchange for his dirty dhoti! He had given up food and water. 'unmatha, mooka, jadavatu,' (mad, dumb, inert) - explains Srimad Bhagavatam of the state of Jnanis. Seshadri Swamigal was such a great Mahatma. He had also lived and attained siddhi in Tiruvannamalai. Seshadri Swamigal had performed Giri Pradakshina of Arunachala hill Countless times!

> Bhagavan Ramana Maharishi strongly recommended circumambulation of this Holy Arunachala. Can then one speak on the glory of this Giri Pradakshina in mere words? Many are the greatness of this Giri Pradakshina. No other spiritual practice is needed. Many siddas come for giri pradakshina of this mountain. This is the reason why it has been recommended. As a normal person we may not see the " sidda mahatma's " but they will see us with their divine eyes & bless us. Hence it is recommended by all the Mahatma's like Ramana Maharishi, Seshadiri Swamigal, Yogi ramsuratkumar, Kanchi Paramacharya, Gnananada swamigal & many others.

> Bhagvan Satya Sai Baba has also mentioned in one of the books published by pransanti nilayam about his experiences on his visit to the Arunachala hill.

> Once a young boy came in search of his mother who had not returned home after her daily Giri Pradakshina. Seshadri Swamigal said to this boy that his mother had become one with the Holy Arunachala, she had seen the Lord & become one with the Lord and hence she would not return home! Several miracles took place when Seshadri swamigal, Yogi Ramsuratkumar & Bhagavan Ramana Maharishi was there.

> Another incidence, Once one old widow lady aged around 65 & had Giri pradakshina of the holy hill & after completing it she went to temple of Arunachala. She was a great devotee of Lord Muruga. She was a very tired. A small boy aged around 6 came forward & helped her to go around the temple, as she was very tired after giri pradakshina. The old lady asked the boy about his name. The boy replied his name as " Murugan ". The lady enquired about the parents. The boy replied his parents stay in the temple only. The boy helped the old lady to go around the temple & disappeared. Next day the lady went to see Bhagvan Ramana Maharishi. There was a big queue. There was complete silence. Ramana, as usual was absorbed in complete meditation. One by one everybody prostrated before Bhagvan & went. When that lady came nearby Bhaagvan Ramana Maharishi, without seeing her face, asked her " DANDAPANI VANDANAA " i.e. " DID LORD MURUGA COME ". The lady was shocked by the question. She could not ask any question to Bhagvan Ramana Maharishi as normally Bhagavan is in silence. She tried to clarify her doubts but could not do so. The devotees did not allow because Bhagavan was in meditation. She got horripilations all over body after hearing from Ramana. She ran to Seshadiri Swamigal. There Seshadiri Swamigal clarified her that " the boy who took you around the temple yesterday was none, but your dear LORD MURUGA. Did you not recognize him ? He mentioned his name as Murugan etc etc. ". Bhagavan Ramana enquired about this only. The old lady was in total emotion & there was horripilations all over her body. Such is the glory of this Mountain; such is the glory of this Kshetra; such is the glory of these Mahatmas. Innumerable & countless Mahas have taken birth or stayed in Arunachala hill.

> God takes each unto Himself in different ways. Some incident or words sparks off the spiritual quest in a Mahan and he does not stop until 'Realising' the Truth. We also come across lots of incidents/happenings in our lives. This only goes to show that this is only the Will of God. The transformation in us can also take place any time but surely by the will of the supreme.
