Today is Gita Jayanti – December 2, 2014 – Bhagavad Gita Jayanthi    Gita Jayanti falls on the Ekadashi day of Shukla Paksha (11th day of the bright half) of the Margashirsha month (November-December) in traditional Hindi Lunar calendar. It is believed that the discussion between Bhagvan Sri Krishna and Arjuna took place on the day and which later became popular as the Bhagavad Gita.    The greatest quality of Bhagavad Gita is that it prompts you to think, it prompts you to take decision, and it prompts you to look at life differently and refreshingly and all this without surrendering your individuality.
