| ahiravana and mahiravana were residing in pathala loka. After Ravana samhara they took rama and lakshmana to their loka and kept them in a temple. they wanted to give narbali to their goddess. but Sri rama lakshmana and hanumanatha have fighted with them. ahiravana and mahiravana have kept their prana in lfive dumbies which were in different places if all five dumbhis were expired mahiravana will expire like this. As such vayu has brought all dumbies from all sides at a time and he took 5 animal rupas as said and killed the dumbis at a time. At the same time Sri Rama has killed mahiravana. It was the story I read in some book. Sri Raghavendraru has done tapassu in a rock where panchamukhi anjaneya was found. 5 mukhas are as follows.1. Hanumantha - east2.Narasimha - south3.
