There is good news from Vande Mataram Library Trust (VMLT), announced by Shri. Sampadananda Mishra on Twitter. VMLT website has searchable text of New Catalogus Catalogorum (vols 1 to 19) and hundreds of Sanskrit Texts.
Hope they add remaning vols of NCC soon.
