MEANINGs
1.
Lakshmi resides in the tips of the fingers, Saraswati in the middle of the hands/palms and Gauri in the roots of the palms near your wrist. We start our day by looking at the three Divine Goddesses.

2. Oh Divine Mother, wife of Lord Vishnu, whose clothes are the oceans, whose body are the mountains, I bow down to you and beg your forgiveness for placing my feet upon you. This is for Bhoomidevi who is the earth and wife of Vishnu

3. Remembering these five Pure Women regularly would help us get rid of our sins. I wish it is true as explained in the scriptures, would be really forgiving on us.

4. Remembering and praising some of the Kings like Nala, Yudhistira who was the son of Yama ( the God of Dharma), Vaidehi who is Sita and Janardana who is Vishnu Himself.

5. Remembering and reciting the names of Karkotaka who was the serpent king, Damiyanti, Rituparna was a Raja Rishi, which helps us to get rid of our bad karmas in Kaliyuga

6. Remembering and reciting the names of Ashwathama who had a boon of being Chiranjivi, though cursed by Krishna to have never ending diseases, Bali who is the Asura king and still thought to be alive in the Patala region and is being given a boon to be the Indra in the next Manvantara, Vyasa will always be around, Hanuman who will continue to be in this world as long as Rama's name will be remembered, Vibheeshana is also a chiranjivi along with Krupah and lastly the great Brahmin incarnation of Vishnu, Parshurama is also thought to be present in this world. Perhaps by invoking their names one is blessed to live long.
