నాలుగు దశాబ్దాల క్రితం జరిగిన ఈ సంఘటన ఇది,
ఆచార్యుల ఆశీర్వాదాలపై భక్తుడు ఉంచిన బలమైన విశ్వాసాన్ని వివరిస్తుంది ఇది.
మూడు సంవత్సరాల వివాహం తరువాత, ఒక భక్తురాలి కుమార్తె ఒక మగ అబ్బాయికి జన్మనిచ్చింది. కుటుంబం మొత్తం దీనిపై ఆనందిస్తూ 11 వ రోజు పుణ్యాహావచనం కోసం సన్నాహాలు చేస్తున్నది.
8 వ రోజు, బాలునికి డిఫ్తీరియా యొక్క తీవ్రమైన లక్షణాలను కనిపించడం ప్రారంభించినాయి, ఆ సమయంలో తీవ్రమైన వ్యాధి ఇది, మరియు అప్పుడే పుట్టిన నూతన శిశువులు చాలా సులభంగా ప్రభావితమవుతున్నారు. స్థానిక వైద్యుడు ఆ తల్లిని శిశు వైద్యుడిని సంప్రదించమని సలహా ఇచ్చినాడు.
తన కుమార్తె గర్భం దాల్చిన రోజు నుంచి ఆచార్యుల వారి ఆశీర్వాదాలను కోరుతూ వచ్చినాడు ఆ భక్తుడు, ఆచార్యుల వారు ఖచ్చితంగా తమ పిల్లవాడిని రక్షిస్తాడని ఆమె నమ్మకం, విశ్వాసం. శిశు వైద్యుడు వచ్చి పిల్లవాడిని పరీక్ష చేయక ముందే, అతను శృంగేరిని సందర్శిస్తున్న తన స్నేహితుడిని సంప్రదించి, తన కుమార్తె యొక్క దుస్థితిని ఆచార్యుల వారికి విన్నవించమని కోరాడు. శిశువు యొక్క నాలుకపై పంచకజ్జాయ ప్రసాదాన్ని ఎలా ఉపయోగించాలో నిర్దిష్టమైన సూచనలతో 'శక్తి గణపతి' నుండి తన ఆశీర్వాదములను మరియు ప్రసాదం ఇచ్చి పంపినారు. అత్యంత విశ్వాసంతో భక్తుడు శిశువు నాలుకపై ప్రసాదం పూసినాడు. మరుసటి రోజు శిశు వైద్యుడు బాలుడిని పరీక్ష చేసినప్పుడు, బాలుడు సంపూర్ణ సాధారణముగా వున్నాడని ప్రకటించినాడు.
ఆలోచించాల్సిన అంశాలు: భక్తుడు ప్రసాదం అందుకున్నప్పుడు, అతనికి కేవలం 8 రోజుల వయస్సు ఉన్న శిశువుకు ఇవ్వవచ్చా లేదా అనే సందేహం లేదు. "నా మనవడిని ఎవరైనా నయం చేయగలిగితే అది మన గురునాథుడు మరియు దైవ ప్రసాదం". ఆచార్యులపై ఆయనకున్న అచంచల విశ్వాసం అలాంటిది. పైన వివరించినది ఆ భక్తుడి కుమార్తె.

Episode - 7 August 13th 2019 This incident which happened four decades ago, narrates the strong faith placed by a staunch devotee on Acharyals blessings. After three years of marriage, a pious devotee's daughter gave birth to a baby boy. The entire family was rejoicing this and was making preparations for the punyavachanam on the 11th day. On the 8th day the boy started showing serious signs of diphtheria, which was a serious disease at that time, and new-borns were getting affected easily. The local doctor advised the young mother to consult a Paediatrician. The devotee, who sought the Blessings of Acharyals right from the day his daughter conceived, was sure that Acharyal will definitely protect the child. Even before the Paediatrician could come and check the child, he contacted his friend, who was visiting Sringeri and asked him to convey the plight of his daughter to Acharyal. Acharyal gave His Blessings and Prasadam from Shakti Ganapati, with specific instructions on how to apply the Panchakajjayya prasada on the tongue of the infant. With utmost faith the devotee applied the Prasadam on the infant's tongue. The next day, when the Paediatrician checked the boy, he declared that the boy was perfectly normal. Points to ponder: When the devotee received the Prasadam, he didn't have an iota of doubt, as to whether this can be given to an infant who was just 8 days old. "If anybody can cure my grandson it is our Gurunathar and the Divine Prasadam". Such was his faith on Acharyals. The above was narrated by the daughter of the devotee.
