learn Vishnu Sahasranama Stotram
आर्ता विषण्णाः शिथिलाश्च भीताः घोरेषु च व्याधिषु वर्तमानाः । सङ्कीर्त्य नारायणशब्दमात्रं विमुक्तदुःखाः सुखिनो भवन्ति ॥ Those who are distressed, des
आर्ता विषण्णाः शिथिलाश्च भीताः घोरेषु च व्याधिषु वर्तमानाः ।
Those who are distressed, despondent, feeble, or scared; those who are afflicted by terrible diseases - They are freed from their sorrows and attain happiness just by uttering the name of Nārāyana.
Viṣṇu Sahasranāma Stotram is a collection of very powerful names of the Lord Nārāyaṇa sung by great ṛṣis, granted to us by Lord Bhīṣma through sage Vedavyāsa. Recitation of this stotram regularly helps one attain manifold benefits, as enumerated in the phalaśruti verses -
