Sri Mahaswami Gadhya Stuti on Periyavaa

Dear Astikas,

Today is Sri Mahaswami's Aradhana Day. Last night, the following prose form in Sanskrit called as Gadhyam was composed by me. I have given meaning in english. It was my earnest desire to send it today itself.  Hence, even if it is late in the night ,I am forwarding it to you all.

I salute repeatedly Sri Chandrasekhara Sarasvathi Swamigal (who is called as Mahaswami of Kanchi), One who is Lord of Kamakoti Peetam, Matchless amongst Sanyasis, One who has practised Sanyasa ashram as per required rules and hence protects that dharma, One who is embodiment of serenity, One whose head is decorated with a crown of Rudraksha beads, One who is none other than Lord Shiva walking in the form of a Sanyasi, wearing ochre clothes and is besmeared with vibhuti in his body,  One who is always seen with Yogadandam (bamboo staff meant for Sanyasis) and Pitcher made of wood in his hands, One who is a matchless Rishi or Sage  who wandered throughout the Bharata Desa on foot, One who is a King amongst Yogis often found locked in the state of Silence (Kashta Mouna is a state in which there will be no movement of any part of the body. Sri Mahaswami demonstrated that state very often during His vows of silence), One who always exhibited extraordinary and incredible memory power, One who is ever immersed in the Blissful state, One who is ever established in the State of Nishkala Brahman, that has  no beginning or end,One who has mastered the essence of Advaita Philosophy or Monism, One who shines like a Sun having mastered the essence of secrets of Vedanta, One whose lotus face radiates effulgence of Truth, One whose body is of spotless purity on account of practise of Naishtika Brahmascharya, One who  sports  in Supreme Happiness (firmly rooted in His Self), One who is ever established in the Sahaja State of Samadhi, One who is repository of  Penance(Tapas) which has effulgence of intense rays of lightning,One who has controlled the mind, One who has conquered His Senses, One who is ever established in the State of Brahman, One who is the very form of Goddess Kamakshi,One who delights in the worship of Sri Chakram, One who is the very essence of the secret knowledge of Devi, called Sri Vidhya, One who is fond of recitation of Four Vedas, One who is delighted in the recitation of Gayatri Japa of 1000 times, One who is the protector of Dharmic way of life and Sadachara, One who always comes to the rescue of learned Brahmins and Cows, One who firmly established Agama, Shilpa Shastras, One who preserves and protects the age-old puranas and itihasas  One whose glances are full of waves of compassion, One who is an ocean of mercy, One who is fond of  helping His devotees, One who removes the scourge of Kaliyuga, One who grants the well deserving wishes of His devotees, that Supreme Teacher, Acharya, I salute , I salute, I salute.)
