na gacchati vina panam vyadhirausadhasabdatah |
vina paroksanubhavam brahmasabdairna mucyate ||62||

A disease is not cured by merely repeating the name of the medicine, without taking it. Similarly, without direct realization, none can be liberated by amere utterance of the word 'Brahman.'
