Nirguna Brahman

SvEthaasvathara Upanishadh :

EkO dEvaha, SarvabhoothEshu gooDhaaha, sarvavyaapi,
sarvabhiithaantharaathmaa, Karmaandhyakshaha sarvabhoothaadhivaasaha,
saakshi chEthO kEvalO nirguNascha (Verse 6.11)

The only ParaBrahman is in every living entity. IT is omnipresent, IT
is antharaathmaa for every living thing. IT is managing very action
in this Universe, IT is the dwelling place for all beings, IT is the
spectator for every action, IT is only one, IT is nirguNa.

KEna Upanishadh :

Na thathra chakshurgachchathi, na vaaggachchathi nO manaha,

na vidhmO na vijaaneemO, yathaiathathanushishyaatha. (Verse 3)

There Eyes do not go, speech and mind do not go there, Hence we do not
know its characteristics. We also do not know how to describe IT to
others.

Thaithreeya Upanishadh:

YathO vaachO nivarthanthE, apraapya manasa saha, aanandham brahmaNO
vidhvaan, na bibhEthi kadhaachanEthi, thasyaishaha Eva shareera
aathmaa, yaha poorvasya. (Verse 4).

Whom the mind and speech can not reach is the Brahman, The one who
realizes the Brahman never fears. This mind is the basis of the
PraaNa body.

There are many more Upanishadhs which describe the term NirguNa.

There is also the term "NirguNa Nishkala Shannthaa, Nishkaamaa,
Nirupaplava" in Shri Lalitha Sahasranaamam, from DEvi Mahaathmiyam.
